A few words about

What We Do

Our projects

Our organization, Horn of Africa Community Development (HACD), is actively engaged in a wide range of community-driven initiatives that empower individuals and strengthen families. We deliver programs focused on youth education and development, soccer training and mentorship, and family support services tailored to the needs of newcomer and underserved communities. Through our work, we aim to foster leadership, promote well-being, and create inclusive opportunities that uplift the Horn of Africa community and the broader Canadian society.

At Horn of Africa Community Development (HACD), we are committed to serving our community with integrity, compassion, and accountability. We recognize the challenges faced by many families and youth, and we take responsibility for delivering programs that provide meaningful support and positive pathways forward. Our initiatives are designed to create safe, inclusive spaces where individuals can grow, learn, and thrive.

Guided by a clear vision for community well-being, we continuously strive to understand the needs of those we serve and respond with impactful programs.
