Horn of Africa Community Development (HACD) is a community-driven, non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals and families through education, sports, and social support services. Rooted in the values of unity, inclusivity, and opportunity, HACD serves diverse communities across Canada, with a strong focus on newcomer and underserved populations.

Founded with a vision to uplift and strengthen communities, HACD provides accessible, culturally responsive programs that support youth development, family well-being, and community integration.
